Emergency Call Out
We offer a 24 hour emergency call out service for plumbing/gas issues. We are able to attend the issue and make safe and arrange a return visit if any further works are required. A videocall can also be made to help with the immediate problem to see if you would be able to stop a leak while an engineer is on their way.
- Turn off your stop tap. This is generally under your kitchen sink
- If you smell gas immediately call the emergency number on your gas meter and open your windows
